I have been a patient of Dr. Harris since 1982 - 40 years !!! I couldn't ask for a better dentist and he has a wonderful staff as well.

Very disappointed with this dentist and the staff. I express to the dentist and his assistant my first time there that I am fearful of the dentist office, the chair, the sounds. I was told they were going to research MTHFR gene mutation which is a condition I have. I received a call from Brittany from the front desk that my next appointment (2nd appt) would be a consultation. I came to the consultation - was walked down the hall by another dental hygientist...not the woman I seen the first time. This woman did not know what was going on - I told her I was to have a consultation with Dr. Harris she then stepped out of the room for about 15 mnutes when you're afraid of the dentist it seemed like 15 hours. The hygientist came back without Dr. Harris to say that the Doctor will get ahold my doctor about the type of sedation I can have. Dr. Harris NEVER STEPPED into the room to say hello - goodbye - he said nothing. It has been 7 weeks and I have heard nothing from Dr. Harris's office after emailing them 3 times within the 7 weeks. I guess I'll move on . . . very disappointed with this dentist, when you have aniexty about the dentist you ALWAYS think your mouth is the worst, the work is too much - well that is exactly how this office has made me feel ... like I don't matter, my condition doesn't matter. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS OFFICE!

I have been a patient of Dr Harris for about 26 years, shortly after I moved to Southeastern CT. He and his staff provide excellent care for my dental needs. They are always diligent in explaining recommended procedures and care that I understand what is being done. Recently I lost part of a tooth when I bit down on an almond. I called his office the next morning and they got me in the following day. Dr Harris built up the part of the tooth that was missing and had me on my way very quickly. I would never think of going to any other dental practuce.

An overly vigorous flossing episode disturbed a filling one Wednesday evening, just before bed. I called Dr Harris's office the next day, and although I was not in any pain, I was offered an appointment for 7AM the following morning! The issue was resolved in less than an hour, with the usual competence, cordiality, and consideration I have become accustomed to from these professionals over the past 10 years. Simply, the best!

I had gone 15 years avoiding a dentist due to a few horrible experiences at other practices. The inevitable happened, and Dr Harris saved the day. I’ve been seeing him ever since, with no regrets. I now travel almost 2 hours one way to be seen here. Still no regrets.
